This page describes the processing performed on your information when you use LottoWin and our FedEx Program Partners partnership.
Purposes
Authenticate participations, communicate results, ship gifts with FedEx Program Partners and detect fraudulent uses.
Sharing with FedEx Program Partners
Only data necessary for logistics is transmitted: name, first name, email, phone and participation reference. FedEx Program Partners acts as a certified subcontractor and applies its own encryption measures.
Main measures
- AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest.
- Restricted access to FedEx logistics teams.
- Complete delivery traceability via secure API.
Retention Periods
Participation data is retained for 24 months. FedEx delivery logs are archived 12 months after receipt. You can request early deletion by writing to privacy@lottowin.eu.
Your Rights
- Right of access, rectification and erasure (GDPR art. 15 to 17).
- Right to portability to another operator.
- Right to object at any time for legitimate reasons.
